Assembling a bed can be easy and interesting if you are familiar with all the essential steps involved. However, to ensure you assemble your bed efficiently, you need to follow certain instructions.

This guide provides step-by-step procedures for assembling the ottoman divan bed, metal ottoman bed, slatted or board base bed, divan base bed, split headboard, and full-height headboard easily and efficiently.

Ottoman Divan Bed Assembly

You can easily assemble an Ottoman divan bed by following these steps properly:

1. Unpack all the accessories.
2. Familiarise yourself with all the provided accessories.
3. Start by clicking on Chrome legs on all the bases and tapping hard to lock them in the exact place.
4. Line up the cutouts of the headboard with the holes present at the back side of the base.
5. Use a white washer fed for screwing in two bolts on each side of the headboard’s back side.
6. Push in the two U-clips for securing the bases together.
7. Secure the lids together by using the plastic-headed bolts.

Metal Ottoman Bed Assembly

You need to follow these simple steps to ensure easy and proper assembly of your metal Ottoman bed:

1. Start by assembling the bed frame, including the footboard, headboard, and side rails.
2. Slot in the side rails to the footboard and headboard.
3. Open the metal slatted frame and a small rectangular box.
4. Place the small black bars on each side of the frame with the help of Allen key bolts.
5. Place the U-shaped bar on the head side of the metal frame where you have already placed the smaller black bar.
6. Fix the gas lift pistons in their designated places.

5. Ensure to place the slats evenly by screwing them in place.

1. Unpack all the packed accessories carefully by removing all the cardboard protectors and packaging staples with the help of pliers.
2. Familiarise yourself with each of the components.
3. Affix the legs by screwing bolts into the threaded holes, which are marked for fittings.
4. Screw the bolts into all holes by ensuring all the screws are fastened securely in place.
5. Cut the fabric strap across its centre to release the storage drawer.
6. Cut the other fabric straps to the desired length so it does not interfere when the storage drawer is opened or closed.
7. Click in all the chrome legs into the base and tap them hard for locking them in place.
8. Turn both the parts of the divan on their respective sides for bringing them together so that both flat ends meet perfectly.
9. Fit the U-shaped clips for clamping them underside timber by piercing the mesh fabric.
10. Line up the cutouts of the headboard with the holes present at the back side of the base.
